3 Exercises to Reduce Your Back Pain

Having a back pain, gives us tremendous irritation and problems. Due to back pain our whole schedule gets twisted up and this creates a chaos in our life. The back pain generally occurs due to low bone density or improper seating and sleeping positions.

There are a lot of ways to get rid of the back pain, with different logic to cure it. If you visit a doctor, he will directly start pumping the injections or doses of medicines. Along with that you can also try these few back pain curing exercises.

Here are the 3 exercises to reduce your back pain

#1. Neck Stretch

Sit down on the floor with your legs crossed. Stretch your left hand and place it on your right side of your head and pull your head towards left side. This will make you feel stretch on the right side of your neck. Take few deep breathes and then repeat the same with your other hand.

#2. Seated Spinal Twist

Sit on the floor with your left leg stacked over your right leg. Stretch your right arm, placing it on outside of the left knee. Place your left hand on the floor behind you and twist gently to left while moving your head and shoulders. This will give you a spin and stretch on your spinal cord.
While stretching your self take few deep breathes. After stretching in this manner for about half a minute take rest in the straight position to relax you spinal cord. Then do the same with the right side of your body.

#3 Lie Down Straight and Stretch you back

Lie down on your back, straight on the floor. Now stretch your left hand and try to stretch it towards the right side of your body, without banding your hand or lifting your shoulders. While in this position take deep breathes and after half a minute or so, take rest in the straight position.
Repeat the same thing with your right hand and again relax back.
