Using a 30 cm Floss or an interdental cleaner is suggested.
Use mouth washes to clean up your mouth. Rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash at least once a day to kill bacteria that are harmful to your health. To protect your tooth from decaying and cavities use fluoride rinse. Generally rinsing is good after you brush your teeth. It also freshens up your breathe.

For good dental health, eat a variety of food but avoid the food that contains a lot of sugar and starch. Avoid too much of chocolates, ice – creams, cakes, dried fruits, etc.
#5. Eat Less Sticky Food
Sticky food generally gets stuck in your mouth. This spoils your teeth by creating cavities. The stuck food if not cleaned at proper time then bacteria starts getting collected there. This will harm your teeth and may increase the gaps between the teeth.
#6. Visit Dentist Regularly
It is suggested that you visit dentist regularly. Getting your teeth checked at regular intervals is good for your health, so that you get the updated reports and measures on how to take care of your teeth.
